Refund & Cancellation Policy

We will provide a full refund within 24 hours, if you choose to cancel your order and the order has not been shipped out. 

Once shipped we are no longer able to refund or cancel your order.

If your package was not received, or received damaged we will refund you the cost of the item purchased – this does not include shipping costs.

For the FlowVibe 1.0 and 2.0, we do not accept returns. If your device is faulty, please contact us and we will get you in touch with the manufacturer so long as it falls within the 1-year warranty window. 

Digital Products & Courses

All sales are final. No refunds will be processed for any digital order, including masterclasses, programs, or courses.  

Shipping Policy

All Orders are shipped out within 2-Business days using the USPS. Tracking information will be sent via the USPS once the package has been dropped off and dispatched so please ensure you check your inbox and Spam/Junk folders. 

We do NOT ship to international countries and only ship to states within the Continental US. .

Delayed or Lost Orders: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

Wrong or Incomplete Address: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
