Ian Kennedy
Head Practitioner
This is where he was introduced to the many modalities of Traditional Chinese Medicine, muscle response testing, energetic and esoteric therapies. After leaving that practice he found himself in his first of many classes in European Biological Medicine under Dr. Thomas Rau. He completed that two year training in 2008 culminating with an internship at the Paracelsus clinic in Switzerland. He has continued to explore the use of homeopathy, nutrition and anthroposophical approaches in assisting the health and well-being of his clients.
Ian founded The True Wellness Center with his wife Kelly Kennedy and continues to guide people in restoring, maintaining and advancing their optimal health. He is on the advisory board for B.R.M.I. (Bioregulatory Medicine Institute) and is a frequent contributor to their newsletter. He has also been a presenter at a B.R.M.I. conference sharing his unique approach to health and wellness with other doctors and practitioners. Today, his multi-level approach goes beyond the health of the body for those seeking a deeper holistic lifestyle with what he has termed as a Bioregulatory Lifestyle. Currently, he is working on his first compressive book focused on living a Bioregulatory Lifestyle.
Kelly Kennedy
Head Practitioner- Lymph Queen LNRT, LMST
Kelly Kennedy is a graduate of Cornell University with a degree in biology. Her interest in medicine began as a teenager while witnessing her father undergo conventional treatments for cancer, including lymphoma, for many years before his early passing. Realizing that good health is more than just taking medications and undergoing surgeries, she sought out alternative treatments for her food and environmental allergies that she had suffered with since childhood.
Finding relief with herbal and energetic treatments, Kelly began to pursue her own education in classical alternative therapies culminating with a two year intensive in European Bio-Regulatory Medicine under the guidance of Dr. Thomas Rau who was then the medical director at the prestigious Paracelsus clinic in Switzerland. Since then, she has also received her massage license, certification in Cranial Fascia Technique, and is currently studying to become a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner.
Kelly continues to work with clients one-on-one and is now taking what she has learned and practiced over the past 26 plus years to build something that the world has not seen before. She also founded “FLOWE with Kelly Kennedy" which is her educational podcast and informational portal for the latest in alternative, traditional and Bioregulatory medicine. Her interview skills are not only engaging but her zesty personality makes each episode thoroughly entertaining. In addition, she is the sole distributor of Sound of Soul which is a unique heart rate variability device that converts heart beats into music and light. The Sound of Soul experience can have a profound effect on opening up a person to the greater possibilities of healing and self-awareness within us all.
Kelly loves to talk about regulation, lymph, and fascia and is often referred to as the “Lymph Queen.” She lives with her husband, Ian, and son, Silas, in a town outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. You can find her virtually on her YouTube channel and Instagram, as well as on her podcast. Be sure to follow and subscribe to stay updated on everything her and her dear practitioner friends have in the works when it comes to spreading the importance of coherence medicine and how it is the future of medicine as we know it.
Sarah Eckhard
Bodyworker, FLOW Master, LMST
Sarah Eckhard first found True Wellness as a client in 2017 while she was in search of answers for her chronic skin problems, not yet aware that she was really searching for answers to heal her broken heart. It was a long journey to health and Sarah absorbed as much as True Wellness would teach her about her own healing process and the way our emotions connect with our physical sensations; this piece of the philosophy of Biological Medicine was what she had always believed to be true about health but had never experienced as a patient of typical western medicine her whole life.
Since 2016, Sarah has been passionately teaching yoga, continuing to delve deeper and expand her knowledge of the practice wherever and whenever she can. Within her first three years as a teacher, she had taught over 1000 hours of classes and had
Genevieve Greco
Functional Nutritionist, MS, CHHC
Genevieve Greco is a Functional Nutritionist and holistic health practitioner with more than 15 years of experience in the integrative health space. She holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition from West Chester University and brings together scientific inquiry, functional nutrition, personal experience, and a deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence.
Her path into this work began personally. After years of struggling with her weight and chronic health concerns, Genevieve lost more than 130 pounds through changes in nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle. That transformation became the beginning of a much deeper exploration into health. She learned firsthand that while food is incredibly powerful, lasting change often requires looking beyond diet alone to understand the patterns, stressors, deficiencies, imbalances, and lived experiences influencing the body as a whole. That curiosity led her into the study of functional and integrative nutrition, bioregulatory medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, herbalism, metabolic health, hormones, digestion, immunology, mineral balance, and bioenergetics.
Today, Genevieve serves as a translator between science and sacred healing, blending objective information with the subjective experience of the person sitting in front of her. She believes that lab values, symptoms, health history, intuition, lifestyle, emotional patterns, and the way someone actually feels in their body all offer important pieces of the story.
Depending on the needs of the client, her work may include traditional and functional blood work interpretation, functional laboratory testing, Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA), bioenergetic scanning, nutrition and lifestyle assessment, supplement review, and personalized protocol consulting and strategizing.
Rather than looking at numbers in isolation, Genevieve explores patterns across lab markers, symptoms, health history, nutrition, lifestyle, stress physiology, digestion, hormones, immune function, mineral balance, and day to day experience. Her focus is not simply on what appears outside of a reference range, but on understanding how the quantitative and qualitative pieces fit together and what the body may be communicating through both data and lived experience.
Rather than chasing every symptom or overwhelming clients with endless recommendations, Genevieve prioritizes foundational support and creates clear, personalized strategies that are realistic to implement. This may include refining nutrition, adjusting supplement regimens, supporting digestion and metabolic function, reviewing an existing wellness protocol, or using laboratory and bioenergetic information to guide thoughtful next steps.
Genevieve enjoys working with individuals navigating health concerns of all types, including digestive, hormonal and metabolic imbalances, fatigue, inflammation, immune dysregulation, mineral imbalances, complex health histories, or the frustrating experience of being told that everything looks “normal” while knowing they still do not feel like themselves.
Part detective, part strategist, and part accountability partner, Genevieve supports clients in connecting the dots between what they are experiencing and what their body may be communicating. Her goal is to bridge evidence based insight with deeper healing, bringing clarity to complex health concerns and creating a thoughtful, individualized path forward that allows clients to feel heard, supported, and more confident in their next steps.
