IMAET Technology

The basic principle of the I.M.A.E.T. System device is to measure time differences of the respective innate signals and to achieve a statistical evaluation based on a mathematical algorithm. The results obtained are compared with data which are archived in a data base. The software measures the biochemistry and cellular activity by sending harmless, low voltage frequencies through a harness system to and from the body. The software then calculates everything based on the changes made to these signals on their path through the body.
At True Wellness we use this technology as an efficient alternative to muscle testing. We are able to tap into your energetic field in order to determine what factors are disrupting your body and using the technology we can relieve them from your energetic field.
Emotional Release Technique (E.R.T.)

Our thought life and emotional history has as much to do with our ability to compensate, as what we eat on a daily basis. It is widely accepted in the Biological approach that past and present emotional stress affects our physiology and our immune system. E.R.T. is a simple and profound system that utilizes the muscle testing, allowing the body to release old, unsupportive experiences or thoughts from the autonomic nervous system, thus relieving the body of undue stress and restoring the system to homeostasis.
E.R.T. flushes negative emotional events, experiences and recurrent thoughts from our nervous system, allowing the body to keep from being stuck in the reaction phase. This addresses both the conscious and unconscious body. Oftentimes this emotional toxicity can contribute to dysfunction. E.R.T. is non-invasive. It is not a spinal manipulation or adjustment, however the results can often be felt immediately.
Allergy Elimination Protocol (A.E.P.)

Allergies are a condition of unusual sensitivity and reaction to an offending substance we come in contact with. Repeat exposure to these offending substances (foods, metals, environmental and immune stressors) can produce a variety of issues. By resetting and reintroducing these substances to your nervous system, the body will no longer perceive them as offensive. A.E.P is a noninvasive, drug-free approach which assists the body in balancing the most adverse reactions. A.E.P. reestablishes the information pathways within the system as to what is appropriate for the body to respond to as an allergy.
From 1 to 100, we all deal with allergies and sensitivities in our toxic world. To support our overtaxed organs and bodies, the results of A.E.P. can be noticed rather quickly. This is an informational session combined with temporary dietary guidelines proven to be very effective in complete elimination of seasonal allergies.
We use Allergy Elimination Protocol so that foods and substance can be tolerated, this is not an elimination technique with the goal being to never come in contact with offensive substance!

Scars are an inevitable part of life and many of us are unable to escape their marking! Our skin is the largest organ of the body and its health is very important to our overall well being. These layers of tissue are the main pathway for the meridian systems. Our meridians allow for bio-electrical currents to flow all over our bodies. When these pathways are cut, scarred or marred, it creates disturbance and interrupts this vital electrical flow. Stitches, tattoos, c-sections, piercings and burns can have as much as 100 times the electrical activity attached to the surrounding skin. This leaves the skin believing it is continually healing from the trauma. Rapid Release technology is focused on relief of soft tissue problems affecting nerves, muscles, tendons, and ligaments. RRT was designed to target scar tissue adhesions with a specific frequency. This frequency is in a range that is known to relax muscles completely.

L.E.T

Lymphatic Enhancement Technology (L.E.T.) is a non-invasive, gentle detoxification therapy used to improve lymphatic integrity and restore lymphatic flow and function. Using glass pyrex bulbs that emit low-energy, vibrational frequencies, L.E.T. encourages toxins, excess fluid, cellular waste and proteins accumulated between the cells to safely exit through the body’s natural elimination channels. When combined with proper nutrition, diet and moderate exercise, L.E.T. increases an overall feeling of well-being and can help restore your lymphatic system to optimal health within a few sessions.

Fascia is a web-like connective tissue that surrounds every organ, muscle, bone, and nerve. Each deeper individual compartment is also connected to one another through a larger superficial layer of fascia which runs from the bottom of our toes to the top of our head, and looks almost like a diving suit. When the body encounters any physical, mental or emotional stress the fascia tends to thicken and solidify. Fascia also holds onto memories of any trauma the body has experienced throughout our lives. Lymph is like the “garbage disposal” of the body and is responsible for filtering out our toxins, also interwoven with the Fascia. The aim of this appointment is to “open the flow” of the body using any combination of various techniques such as Lymph Node Release Technique, Craniosacral Fascial Therapy, Thai Yoga Massage, Deep Breathing, Yoga poses, Orgon, Rapid Release Technology, and any other tools necessary. At True Wellness we rely on the ION CLEANSE® foot bath to gently and naturally detoxify our clients, one foot at a time! This twenty minute detox pulls toxins through your feet using an ionizer. After placing your feet in the water and turning the unit on, millions of ions enter your body and begin to neutralize your tissues’ acid waste. After the bath ends, you are able to see which waste has left your body, including heavy metals, yeast, and drainage from major organs & meridians.
A foot bath is a great addition to many of the sessions at True Wellness and can aid in a quicker return to health. We highly suggest any body work such as L.E.T be coupled with a ION CLEANSE® footbath to effectively assist in the body’s lymphatic drainage.

Thai Yoga Massage

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which the therapist places cups on your skin to create suction. The suction and negative pressure provided is known to loosen the muscles, encourage blood flow (qi), and increase the parasympathetic (healing) state of the nervous system. Other beneficial aspects include detoxification and improved lymphatic flow.
Ear Candling
A hollow candle is placed in the ear and lit by a practitioner. The lit candle safely and gently draws out wax, bacteria and relieves sinus pressure. This therapy has been used by Egyptian, Asian and European cultures for hundreds of years.
Breathwork
Cost: $60 for 30 mins
In the yogic tradition, breath work is called Pranayam. However, when this word is translated, it does not break down to “breath work”; it literally means “extension, or movement, of the vital life force”. These sessions will not simply teach you to breathe deeply–they will explain how to use different patterns of breath in different moments and areas of your life in order to help you bring your vital energy back into balance. Sarah’s focus is in teaching you these tools in a digestible and accessible way so these practices can fit seamlessly into your daily life.
Yoga

Sarah’s focus in a private yoga session is not simply to give you movements to help your physical body loosen but to help you understand why those movements will also aid in your emotional healing journey. When it comes to the body, Sarah’s understanding is through the energy centers, or the Chakras. It is with this lens that the connection of physical and emotional symptoms becomes easier to understand in ourselves. Aiding in the understanding of this system is one of the many ways that Sarah gives the knowledge back to the client so they can begin understanding themselves and to her, this is one step closer to healing.
Vibe Bed Experience
Cost: $30 for 30 mins
Experience a full-body harmonic resonance experience with the help of the Vibe Bed by Bioharmonic Technologies.
