Emotional Release Technique (E.R.T.)

Cost: Pricing Per Practitioner Rates

Our thought life and emotional history has as much to do with our ability to compensate, as what we eat on a daily basis. It is widely accepted in the Biological approach that past and present emotional stress affects our physiology and our immune system. E.R.T. is a simple and profound system that utilizes the muscle testing, allowing the body to release old, unsupportive experiences or thoughts from the autonomic nervous system, thus relieving the body of undue stress and restoring the system to homeostasis.

E.R.T. flushes negative emotional events, experiences and re-current thoughts from from our nervous system, allowing the body to keep from being stuck in re-action phase. This addresses both the conscious and unconscious body. Often times this emotional toxicity can contribute to dysfunction. E.R.T. is non-invasive. It is not a spinal manipulation or adjustment, however the results can often be felt immediately.

Dr. Caroline Leaf found that 87% of illness can be attributed to our thought life, in her book Who Switched Off My Brain. This profound technique can be utilized on clients of all ages and states of health for profound results. Since none of us can escape emotional events, whether past or present, this technique is beneficial for everyone!

Allergy Elimination Protocol (A.E.P.)

Cost: Pricing Per Practitioner Rates

Allergies are a condition of unusual sensitivity and reaction to an offending substance we come in contact with. Repeat exposure to these offending substances (foods, metals, environmental and immune stressors) can produce a variety of issues. By resetting and reintroducing these substances to your nervous system, the body will no longer perceive them as offensive. A.E.P is a noninvasive, drug-free approach which assists the body in balancing the most adverse reactions. A.E.P. reestablishes the information pathways within the system as to what is appropriate for the body to respond to as a allergy.

From 1 to 100, we all deal with allergies and sensitivities in our toxic world. To support our overtaxed organs and bodies, the results of A.E.P. can be noticed rather quickly. This is an informational session combined with temporary dietary guidelines proven to be very effective in complete elimination of seasonal allergies.

We use Allergy Elimination Protocol so that foods and substance can be tolerated, this is not an elimination technique with the goal being to never come in contact with offensive substance!

Scar Therapy

Cost: Pricing Per Practitioner Rates

Scars are an inevitable part of life and many of us are unable to escape their marking! Our skin is the largest organ of the body and its health is very important to our overall well being. These layers of tissue are the main pathway for the meridian systems. Our meridians allow for bio-electrical currents to flow all over our bodies. When these pathways are cut, scarred or marred, it creates disturbance and interrupts this vital electrical flow. Stitches, tattoos, c-sections, piercings and burns can have as much as 100 times the electrical activity attached to the surrounding skin. This leaves the skin believing it is continually healing from the trauma. Disturbance in the body’s electrical flow can be blamed for a whole host of problems including anxiety, digestive disorders, insomnia and much more.

Scar Therapy involves a combination of light therapy, rapid response technology and a resetting of the autonomic nervous system to quiet the scar interference.

Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy is a simple, fast and effective way to improve the healing potential of each and every cell in your body. By applying a pulsating electromagnetic field that matches the Earth’s magnetic field, nearly all trillion cells of the body can be stimulated into harmonic resonance. As a result the powerful capacity within the cell membrane increases and enables the cells to produce more energy. This energy enhances the self-healing powers of the body.

PEMF Therapy uses the specific application of unique pulsed, electromagnetic frequencies and intensities for healing and wellness. Research has shown that low energy pulsating fields within the frequency range of “the biological window” (3-25 Hz), as well as the inner and outer wave patterns of the Earth’s magnetic field (7.83-11.79 Hz) can produce remarkable positive changes within the body.

Fascia is a web-like connective tissue that surrounds every organ, muscle, bone, and nerve. Each deeper individual compartment is also connected to one another through a larger superficial layer of fascia which runs from the bottom of our toes to the top of our head, and looks almost like a diving suit.  When the body encounters any physical, mental or emotional stress the fascia tends to thicken and solidify. Fascia also holds onto memories of any trauma the body has experienced throughout our lives.
Myofascial release is a slow moving technique where ones fascia guides the therapist through the massage, allowing the fascia to open and unwind. In turn leading to better movement and communication within the body. Breathing more freely, mobility of lymph and blood along with well functioning organs are all benefits of this therapy. Through intent and consistent work, myofascial treatments can also help one heal from mental and emotional traumas that may cause chronic pain and illness.

Thai Yoga Massage

Cost: $120 for 60 minutes

Thai Yoga Massage is a blending of light massage, gentle body manipulation and stretching. Due to the nature of the practice and the need to surrender as the receiver, it is a beautiful way to cultivate trust and accepting support.

During a session, the receiver has no job, no agenda, no task; they’re only asked to let their body release into the hands of the practitioner. The practitioner will then gently manipulate the receivers body into soft stretches and twists, occasionally palming the muscles. Energy healing is also incorporated into the session.

Sessions are done completely clothed. Loose fitted clothing is best for the receiver to be as comfortable as possible and it is recommended to bring extra layers and a warm pair of socks, as the body tends to cool when receiving Thai Yoga Massage.

Breathwork

Cost: $45 for 30 minutes

In the yogic tradition, breath work is called Pranayam. However, when this word is translated, it does not break down to “breath work”; it literally means “extension, or movement, of the vital life force”. These sessions will not simply teach you to breathe deeply–they will explain how to use different patterns of breath in different moments and areas of your life in order to help you bring your vital energy back into balance. Sarah’s focus is in teaching you these tools in a digestible and accessible way so these practices can fit seamlessly into your daily life.

Yoga

Cost: $45 for 30 minutes, $90 for 60 minutes

Sarah’s focus in a private yoga session is not simply to give you movements to help your physical body loosen but to help you understand why those movements will also aid in your emotional healing journey. When it comes to the body, Sarah’s understanding is through the energy centers, or the Chakras. It is with this lens that the connection of physical and emotional symptoms becomes easier to understand in ourselves. Aiding in the understanding of this system is one of the many ways that Sarah gives the knowledge back to the client so they can begin understanding themselves and to her, this is one step closer to healing.
