Each class is designed to increase flexibility and decrease stress on the body and mind. Students will be given the tools to continue their yoga practice at home on and off their mats.

Gentle Movement Yoga

Our gentle movement class is geared toward all levels of yoga.
Students can expect to experience a series of soft poses while relaxing the mind and spirit.

Restorative Yoga & Essential Oils Workshop

with Tracey & Kate



Join KATE and TRACEY for Restorative Yoga class with Essential Oils. This cozy combination will assist your body, mind, and soul to relax, breathe, and open up. The use of props during this class makes it easier for you to maintain balance & integrating pure essential oils will completely enhance your experience. You will gain knowledge on oils with hands-on exposure as well as how they will benefit your overall health.

Our restorative yoga class is the perfect class for any yogi looking to find deep relaxation and dip their toes into meditation.
This class moves the student into five to six poses for long periods of time, allowing the pose to do its magic.

Vinyasa Flow (Intermediate Yoga)

In our vinyasa flow class students can expect to connect their breath with a series of fluid poses while building strength and flexibility.
